Description

Rebuild of the new walking bridge located at 64 Tyler Crossing & RT 64 in Middlebury, which was washed away in the 2024 floods.<br />The new walking bridge includes a new bridge base ensuring stability and durability. The planned rebuild will involve several key components. The new walking bridge will include a new bridge base. Additionally, new decking will be installed, designed to mirror the aesthetic and material of the existing structures already present along the walking trail. Furthermore, new railings will be custom-built and installed for the bridge, enhancing safety for all users, maintaining a cohesive look and feel to existing walking trails. <br /><br />
